Category Manager Role Overview

This is a senior leadership position that oversees the bags category, driving sales and customer satisfaction through effective planning and execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Drive banner revenue through list growth, segmentation, and efficiency improvements. Develop processes to enhance customer retention and analyze user experience across channels.
