Collaboration with sales and R&D teams ensures alignment of objectives and seamless execution of bakery category plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data to understand current offerings to key customers.
  • Understand bakery category performance and metrics.
  • Identify gaps and untapped opportunities with strategic accounts.
  • Assess current market position and formulate a strategic growth plan for the bakery category.
  • Drive customer-led initiatives to improve pipeline aiding business growth.
  • Review projects with sales and R&D teams for seamless execution.
  • Coordinate customer innovation days/meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop sales pitches and train sales teams for key account engagements.
  • Present customers' future requirements to internal stakeholders based on market relevance.
  • Identify gaps and untapped opportunities in the product portfolio.
  • Support R&D in developing future products meeting market demands.
  • Collaborate with R&D to identify innovative bakery products and build a pitch portfolio.
