Product Lead Opportunity

The Product Lead will be a key liaison between product management and engineering teams, responsible for translating product strategy into actionable backlogs. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Backlog Management: Own and maintain product backlogs, creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories based on product roadmaps and business value.
  • Agile Execution: Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment and removing roadblocks.
  • User Story Creation: Write clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria and dependencies, enabling engineers to build solutions with minimal ambiguity.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in the Marketing Technology (MarTech) space.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
