Seeking a seasoned IT leader to oversee the planning, implementation and management of our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in servers, networks, storage and cloud environments, with a proven track record of ensuring high availability, performance and security.

This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team of skilled engineers. Responsibilities include developing and executing infrastructure strategies, managing hybrid environments, implementing security best practices and disaster recovery plans.

  • Infrastructure Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and scalability needs.

Cloud Infrastructure Management

  • Manage hybrid environments (e.g. Nutanix, cloud migrations) with cost optimization.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement infrastructure security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and support staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and enable growth.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

  • Design, implement, and test DR and business continuity plans.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

  • Oversee proactive monitoring of systems and networks; resolve incidents with minimal downtime.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and infrastructure budgets; recommend cost-effective solutions.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed system/process documentation and prepare reports on infrastructure health and KPIs.
