About the Role

As a Senior Leader in our organization, you will oversee the development and testing of power electronic systems for various applications. This includes Vehicle Charging Infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

Your Responsibilities will be to:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Power Electronics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in R&D management within the power electronics domain.
  • Extensive experience in product development and lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design.
