Requirements:

  • Valid IRDAI Surveyor License is mandatory.
  • 8-12 years of progressive experience in insurance, surveying, or related industries, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale branch operations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, digital tools, and reporting systems is expected.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary for engaging with senior stakeholders.
