Job Title: Programmatic Lead

We are a vital part of a leading global media and advertising agency holding company, providing innovative services in creative services, technology, marketing science, market research, business support services, media services, consulting, and advisory services.

This is an exciting role that entails:

  • Successfully managing day-to-day campaign performance across different platforms.
  • Coordinating campaign executions across all regions, serving as the primary point of contact with stakeholders.
  • Managing campaigns on demand side platforms through optimization strategies, campaign insights, monitoring, and adjusting pacing to ensure all key performance indicators are met.
  • Working with the agency team to develop best-in-class solutions based on available technology.
  • Overseeing media tracking and analytics set up and implementation.
  • Communicating daily format, screen, and inventory performance to clients and agencies as needed.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in managing programmatic campaigns for large clients.
  • Expert-level knowledge of digital programmatic buying with hands-on experience using demand-side platforms. DV360/TTD/Amazon DSP experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the holistic digital landscape, including video, display, social, programmatic, and marketing analytics.
  • Able to proficiently describe all possible KPIs and how they fit into the customer journey.
  • Comfortable thinking strategically and analyzing performance in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis.
