Programmatic Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Programmatic Specialist to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns that generate consumer revenue across our brands.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the programmatic buying landscape and be fluent in cross-platform private marketplace-business. They will be responsible for working closely with brand directors, internal teams, and platform technology partners to ensure seamless execution of strategies.

  • Manage the setup, optimization, and reporting of Programmatic campaigns
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and ongoing management of campaigns
  • Monitor daily delivery and perform regular optimization of all campaign elements based on agreed campaign KPIs
  • Test Learn Approach: Reviewing performance, providing actionable insights, and recommendations for delivering performance efficiencies

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Programmatic Biddable Planning and Buying
  • Good understanding of planning and buying of Programmatic campaigns across various strategies, channels, and buying models
  • Practical expertise in planning, buying, and campaign management on self-service biddable platforms: DV360, TheTradeDesk, CM360, IAS, and/or DoubleVerify
  • Experience in leading and collaborating with others, internal and external

This role requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital media and have a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Solid understanding of digital advertising products and ad serving technologies
  • Working knowledge of the holistic digital landscape: video, display, social, programmatic, and marketing analytics
