We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven professional to optimize our sales and marketing campaigns as a Lead Administrator.

This is a crucial role that will directly support our marketing and sales phone campaigns through expert leads management.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for optimizing sales and marketing campaigns, be highly organized, and have excellent data management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive lead lists for telephone campaigns from various sources.
  • Expertly manage leads using database management software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze and measure key ratios related to deal closures.
  • Track all activity diligently and provide timely reports against agreed performance metrics.
  • Assist departments with data extraction from our dialer system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in database management software, particularly SQL.
  • A solid understanding of performance metrics and how to leverage them.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
