About the Role

\

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our paid advertising campaigns. As a Senior Google Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms.

\

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts with proven expertise in handling budgets ranging between $40K+ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive Google Ads strategies to maximize conversions and minimize costs.\
  • Manage budgets effectively, focusing on return on investment (ROI) and performance improvement.\
  • Conduct thorough data analysis, providing actionable insights to drive decision making and continuous optimization.\
  • Develop and test new campaign strategies, creatives, and bidding tactics to enhance performance.\
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.\
  • Stay current with Google Ads innovations, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.\
  • Implement conversion tracking, audience targeting, remarketing strategies, and attribution modeling.\
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with large budgets.\
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.\
  • Expertise across all Google Ads types (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max).\
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.\
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.\
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred).
