Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Adoption Specialist to drive the successful adoption of our product with clients. The ideal candidate combines deep understanding of the platform with excellent communication skills to ensure effective delivery and support.

This role involves working with global customers to identify their training needs, understand customer applications and processes, derive actionable insights, and use cases to improve digital adoption.

The successful candidate will manage numerous projects, initiatives, and engagements concurrently, develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with global customers to identify their training needs and understand customer applications and processes.
  • Derive actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption.
  • Manage numerous projects, initiatives, and engagements concurrently.
  • Develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, and Software Development. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders, and strong learning appetite to become an expert on our products through certification programs.

Additionally, the candidate should have proficiency in Salesforce platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Skills:
  • Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies.
  • Experience working in IT, ITES, Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Oil and Gas industries.
  • Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc., such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, iCertis, etc.
  • Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML is an advantage.
