As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will spearhead the digital transformation agenda across entities in India, Portugal, and Germany. Your role will be pivotal in orchestrating the delivery of custom-built and commercial-off-the-shelf IT solutions, establishing a robust data lake infrastructure, and embedding AI-enabled applications across IT functional departments such as HR, Finance, and Quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will anchor the execution of a 3-year digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide strategic priorities.
  • You will drive enterprise data initiatives including development and scaling of data lake infrastructure.
  • You will lead budget management and strategic planning for the Digital IT Team, overseeing investment allocations.
  • You will drive cross-functional collaboration across India, Germany, and Portugal IT teams to anchor digitalization and tooling strategies from pilot phases to full-scale development and support.
  • You will establish and lead implementation of success metrics for Digitalization projects, reporting insights to senior leadership.
  • You will leverage technology initiatives by overseeing delivery of COTS and custom IT solutions, championing design thinking and agile methodologies with a product development mindset.
  • You will drive strategic adoption of commercial-off-the-shelf platforms and custom-built tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • You will embed AI-enabled applications across business functions to enhance decision-making and automation.
  • You will develop and maintain a robust data lake infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytics.
  • You will anchor software engineering practices and enable delivery of Product MVPs in collaboration with Digital Delivery departments
  • You will establish metrics to evaluate the success of innovation projects and reports findings to senior leadership
  • You will ensure strategic compliance with InfoSec, legal, and regulatory standards across all digital initiatives.
  • You will lead development of future-ready IT teams with a focus on emerging digital technologies including AI and Cloud.
  • You will lead rapid prototyping efforts and anchor application delivery and integration initiatives.
