Job Description

As a Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process of high-end residential, hotel, and commercial projects. This involves coordinating with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design coordination.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Real Estate Construction Site management, with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Construction Project Management. They should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders for design co-ordination.
  • Review drawings, provide comments, and implement value engineering for optimization of design and details from cost and safety parameters.
  • Track design deliverables, arrange design meetings, and maintain documentation.
  • Plan and prepare MOMs, bar charts, manpower planning, material planning, and cash flow statements.
  • Apply Microsoft Project tool for scheduling and tracking.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in Real Estate Construction Site (high end residential, Hotel & Commercial) is mandatory.
  • Atleast 10-12 years of experience in Construction Project Management for Real Estate sites.
