About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our in-house visual communications team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the creation of visually appealing designs for educational content, including graphics, videos, and social media posts.
- Manage workflow, assign tasks to team members, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide guidance and feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.
- Drive innovation in graphics by incorporating cutting-edge design trends and AI technologies.
- Familiarity with AI-related graphics design tools is essential, particularly for video, audio, and graphics projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to inform your work.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing various design projects and styles, especially in Edtech.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, excellent understanding of design principles, and exceptional attention to detail.
