Leading the Way in Corporate Client Management
At American Express, we're looking for a Senior Corporate Client Project Manager to join our team. As a key player in our Corporate Client Management department, you'll be responsible for leading the implementation of Corporate Client Global expense reports, working closely with Account Development Managers, Client Program Administrators, 3rd parties, Blue Box Technologies, and Client-side technologies team.
As a Senior Corporate Client Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to provide consultation to corporate clients on transmission procedures and protocols, interpret and understand files and templates to ensure efficient transmission of data files. You'll also be responsible for project managing the implementation of Corporate Client Global expense reports, resolving client issues, and analyzing data to present insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage the implementation of Corporate Client Global expense reports, in coordination with Account Development Managers, Client Program Administrators, 3rd parties, Blue Box Technologies, and Client-side technologies team.
- Provide consultation to corporate clients on transmission procedures and protocols.
- Interpret and understand files and templates to ensure efficient transmission of data files.
- Resolves client issues, providing extraordinary customer service.
- Analyze data to present insights and recommendations.
- Fluently communicate in French.
- Report and dashboard creation and change management.
- Consulting account managers for insights and recommendations.
- Other departmental and administrative work.
- Ability to work in flexible shifts in a 24-hour environment.
Requirements:
- French Language Expert with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of analytical experience in a Telephone Servicing / Customer Servicing environment dealing with French-speaking clients.
- Prior experience in MS Office – Power Point, Excel, Access.
- Data Interpretation, visualization, and reporting.
- Stakeholder / Client Management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to learn new skills in a technical environment – basic technology background is an added advantage.
- Strong flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frames while working with minimal supervision.
- A team player should possess the skills to work and support team members.
- The incumbent should have a performance rating of G2L2 or better in the last review.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in MS Office – Power Point, Excel, Access.
- Data Interpretation, visualization, and reporting.
- Stakeholder / Client Management.
- Proven ability to learn new skills in a technical environment – basic technology background is an added advantage.
- Strong flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frames while working with minimal supervision.
