Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Deployment Officer. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and product advocacy to deliver world-class solutions and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Sapaad's software products and services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust-based relationships
  • Lead onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup (POS terminals, printers, KDS, etc.)
  • Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff—cashiers, managers, and F&B managers
  • Provide remote and on-site support, ensuring high availability for your portfolio of customers
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains. They will possess strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting (POS systems, printers, networks) and excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.).
