Job Title: HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records and human resources databases.
  • Organize, manage, and coordinate HR documents, contracts, reimbursements, and personnel files (physical and digital).
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Track leaves and attendance through HR systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects.
  • Assist with compliance and audit preparation activities.
  • Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Support internal events and meetings.
  • Complete other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
