Project Oversight Role:

This role oversees the construction, fit-out of new showrooms and related works to ensure adherence to launch plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and obtain GFC for project sites.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for approvals pertaining to design, materials, QS reports on material quantity and associated costs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by vendors in line with approved parameters.
  • Oversee civil and interiors work related to offices/branches and showrooms for renovation or new construction.
  • Deliver projects across multiple locations on schedule.
  • Develop store layouts and work closely with senior management to finalize them.
  • Plan manpower allocation to all sites for construction.
  • Review progress regularly with the team.
  • Audit interior works to ensure perfection.
  • Track and update new store launch progress with the project management office.

Keep senior management informed about new stores' progress and escalate issues as needed.
