About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Chief Artificial Intelligence Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop sophisticated AI/ML models for real-world applications.
  • Analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and optimize model performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities and ensure seamless workflow.

  • Monitor and fine-tune deployed models to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI/ML deployment.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in large language models (LLMs) or generative AI.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
