Backend Lead Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Backend Lead with strong expertise in Python and Django to lead the design, development, and optimization of backend systems. As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and development of backend systems using Python and Django.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and coach junior engineers.
