Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune (Hybrid)

Travel: Valid Passport Required (occasional travel may be needed)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Backend Python Developer with 45 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable backend systems, APIs, and services that power our applications. This is a hybrid role requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and potential short-term travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance Python-based backend services and RESTful APIs.

Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.

Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

Implement unit tests and participate in code reviews.

Ensure security, performance, and reliability of backend systems.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).

Solid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and ORMs.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Proficient with Git, Docker, and working in a CI/CD environment.

Understanding of cloud platforms (preferably AWS or Azure).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have:

Exposure to microservices architecture.

Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).

Knowledge of container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).

Understanding of unit and integration testing frameworks.

Other Requirements:

Valid Passport is mandatory for potential travel.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a hybrid work model (minimum 23 days in office per week).
