  • Guide and mentor teams, leveraging expertise in quality management and process improvement.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality/Process Excellence (tech, data, or large-scale operations).
  • Strong background in process mapping, audits, Lean/Six Sigma, and quality management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and scale operations effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about quality by design.
