About this Role

We are seeking an ESG sustainability professional to support the development of our ESG and sustainability reporting product. The ideal candidate will work closely with our product, sustainability, and data teams to research frameworks, assist with reporting requirements, and contribute to building solutions for environmental sustainability and compliance.

This role is suitable for students or early-career professionals with a strong interest in corporate reporting, ESG technologies, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Framework Analysis: Analyze and interpret ESG standards and guidelines to inform reporting requirements.
  • Data & Reporting Support: Work with teams to structure ESG data collection and reporting templates, and assist in preparing benchmarking studies and gap assessments.
  • Product Support: Provide feedback on ESG reporting product features from a user perspective, and collaborate with product teams to test and validate ESG data workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's/bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and GHG Protocol.
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace; exposure to ESG software tools is a plus.
