Job Title: IT Administrator

This role involves maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintaining computers, servers, and networking equipment.
  • Installing and updating software across the company's systems.
  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving basic IT problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Ensuring regular data backups and contributing to the company's data security efforts.
  • Maintaining accurate records of IT assets, issues, and resolutions in a ticketing or documentation system.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the company's local area network (LAN) and internet connectivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support or administration.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Network concepts (e.g., IP addresses, DNS, routers, switches).
  • Hardware components (e.g., computers, printers, servers).
  • Office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
