Network Operations Center Engineer

As a skilled professional in this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end IP troubleshooting and escalation support for critical incidents within a large-scale NOC environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive IP troubleshooting and escalation support for critical incidents to ensure minimal downtime and prompt resolution.
  • Configure and troubleshoot advanced BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS L3/L2 VPN, Multicast, QoS protocols with hands-on experience.
  • Audit the network regularly to identify repeat issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to resolve major incidents through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and implement automation/digitization initiatives to enhance efficient service management and improve productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced IP expertise with strong NOC troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of L2 & L3 MPLS VPN, QoS, Transport, Mobility, ISP networks, and related technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset to work effectively with stakeholders and vendors.
