Job Description

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement HR solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including HRSD modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center Pro, and Lifecycle Events.

They will also customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate seamless integrations with other enterprise systems, like Workday, SuccessFactors LMS, and custom platforms.

In addition to developing and maintaining flows, business rules, and UI policies to optimize the employee experience, the ideal candidate will configure and manage ServiceNow HR applications, including creation of custom forms, tables, reports, and portal widgets.

They will also write and debug complex JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Flow Designer scripts to support advanced automation needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

Advanced expertise in ServiceNow modules, including HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Center, is required.

Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and workflow configuration, and strong experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and data transformation techniques are essential.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment are also necessary.
