Job Title: Infrastructure and Administrative Services Manager
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Infrastructure and Administrative Services Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all premises-related infrastructure and administrative requirements are managed in accordance with established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Branch Rollout:
- Identify new premises and obtain legal clearance.
- Furnish the premises as per company standards.
- Branch Renewal:
- Ensure existing premises are renewed before expiry dates.
- Surrender approved premises before due dates and complete the renewal process smoothly.
- Branch Visits:
- Visit branches in designated regions as per set targets.
- Repair and Maintenance:
- Maintain branches on expected lines.
- Identify and coordinate vendors for mapped branches and resolve issues.
- Asset Management:
- Conduct physical asset verification for mapped branches.
- Ensure all new assets are tagged.
- Cordial Relationships:
- Maintain cordial relationships with landlords and vendors.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all premises-related compliance, including SE and Trade Licenses, are fulfilled.
- MIS Management:
- Maintain and share MIS data related to Key Result Areas (KRAs).
