Procurement Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing Management: responsible for day-to-day procurement of materials, negotiation and approval of purchase orders, and finalization of purchasing contracts.
  • Contract Management: finalization of BOQs, issue of tender documents, analysis and evaluation of tenders, awarding of work contracts, and preparation and finalization of rate contracts for regular required materials during project operation.
  • Vendor Development: deciding supplier selection, managing supplier relationships, providing assistance to the tendering team with reference to current and future projected procurement costs, and keeping procurement value well within specified budgets.
  • Export Documentation & Logistic Management: guiding and monitoring the preparation of shipment documentation, negotiating and awarding transport rate contracts, and monitoring day-to-day liaisoning works for raw materials permission from DDM offices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in procurement management, contract management, and vendor development.
  • Knowledge of export documentation and logistic management processes.
