The role of a Senior Administrator is crucial for managing and administering integrated marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage platform upgrades, patches, and migrations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Configure campaigns, workflows, and audience segmentation modules to drive business growth.
  • Administer and maintain integrated marketing platforms (Treasure Data) with strong hands-on expertise.
Operational & Support Activities
  • Perform routine monitoring, health checks, and system performance tuning to prevent incidents.
  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and coordinate with vendor support as needed.
  • Maintain platform documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for recurring tasks.
Integration & Collaboration
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end campaign execution and drive business success.
  • Manage integrations with CRM, CDP, data lakes, and reporting tools to enhance business capabilities.
  • Provide training and support to business users and stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Strong experience in administering marketing automation and campaign management platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL, data models, and APIs for integration and data troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ETL workflows, data lakes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Experience in admin tasks such as access management, patching, upgrades, and monitoring.
