Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator
About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to assist in various financial operations.
- The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in Tally Prime.
- They will be responsible for performing daily accounting tasks, preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), and assisting with accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Maintaining organized records of all financial transactions and documents is also a key aspect of this role.
- The selected candidate will work closely with the finance team during monthly closings and external/internal audits.
- They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience in preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is crucial.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy are necessary to perform duties effectively.
