Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Associate to take full ownership of our end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage a small team, and liaise effectively with external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage petty cash, travel, and expense claims in accordance with company policy.
  • Coordinate with employees and department heads for clarifications or discrepancies.
  • Track and manage vendor contracts, agreements, and incoming invoices.
  • Process timely payments and maintain invoice records.
  • Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies with internal teams or vendors.
  • Generate and share invoices with clients/customers.
  • Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Reconcile AR records and update payment status in financial systems.
  • Prepare and circulate daily business reports.
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc reporting and data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Skills:

  • Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of tax laws.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting/ERP software.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
