Accounting Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team as a senior manager. This role will involve leading the preparation of financial statements, managing the revenue recognition process, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the month-end close process, including the accurate and timely recording of income, expenses, and changes in assets and liabilities.
  • Review and approve journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement trend analyses for management.
  • Coordinate the company's annual audit and ensure proper internal controls over financial reporting are in place.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA/CA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of financial and accounting experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of public accounting experience required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong technical accounting background with knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Experience with software revenue recognition.
  • Ability to communicate complex accounting issues effectively to non-finance teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
