Job Title: Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic financial leader to oversee the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.

  • This role demands a high level of attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to financial management, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Budgeting: Collaborate with senior management to prepare, review, and update the company's business plans and financial forecasts.
  • Management Information Systems (MIS): Prepare and present accurate financial reports and MIS to management, analyzing performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • Accounts Preparation: Oversee the preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
  • Internal & Statutory Audits: Coordinate internal and statutory audits, ensuring the company adheres to internal controls, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax obligations, including GST, corporate taxes, and related matters.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage cash flow and banking relationships for credit facilities and day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years in finance or accounting, with at least 7-8 years in a senior role.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, tax management, auditing, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
