Job Title: Senior Financial Associate

The Reconciliation Financial Associate independently solves complex problems by integrating in-depth reconciliation area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.

  • Good accounting background and reporting understanding.
  • Understanding of reconciliation, open items, and resolution of open items.

The Financial Associate is responsible for gathering, posting, and reconciling payments received by the Revenue Team, including daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation.

The ideal candidate has good knowledge on technical accounting, insurance accounting, and reconciliation processes.

  • Relevant accounting college degree with 3-7 years of experience.
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheet applications and software applications and advanced financial statement preparation skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong mathematical and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will ensure all workflow items are completed within the set turn-around-time within quality expectations.

He/She will reconcile payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.

The Reconciliation Financial Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
