# Financial Operations Professional

Our organisation is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to oversee daily financial activities and ensure seamless financial operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of accounting principles, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash receipts, and general ledger entries.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily financial postings, reconciliations, and closing activities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee cash flow to ensure the organisation meets all financial commitments.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements to ensure alignment with internal accounts.
- Prepare, review, and present daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to highlight financial performance and trends.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA/CPA Inter/Final qualification is preferred.
- Proven work experience (4+ years) in an accounting or finance role, ideally in managing day-to-day operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
