Key Responsibilities:

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end credit approval processes, underwriting cases, and presenting them to senior-level stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for authorizing deviations raised by underwriters, finalizing reviews of credit memos, and approving disbursement requests based on achieved adherence to requirements.

In addition, you will oversee Personal Development Document (PDD) management, ensure timely completion of personal discussion documents through customer visits in high-value cases, and coordinate with the recoveries team to generate business insights.

Your responsibilities will also include leading a team of credit approvers to ensure portfolio quality and delinquencies, as well as engaging in development, implementation, review, and monitoring of various credit programs.
