The Opportunity: What You'll Do

  • Lead interior design projects from initial concept to final execution.
  • Develop comprehensive design schemes including expert space planning, mood boards, material selection, and FF&E specifications.
  • Create detailed 2D construction drawings, stunning 3D models, and photorealistic renderings to masterfully present your vision to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and project managers to integrate design and technical requirements seamlessly.
  • Act as primary design contact for clients, confidently presenting ideas, gathering feedback, and ensuring objectives are met with excellence.

Who You Are: Essential Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of professional interior design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and complex projects.
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (like SketchUp, 3ds Max), and rendering engines (like V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion).
  • Exceptional skills in space planning, deep understanding of building codes, and strong knowledge of materials and industry trends.
  • Excellent at presenting ideas clearly and collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
