  • Design Strategy:
  • Create innovative design proposals incorporating comprehensive space planning, color schemes, furniture selections, and sustainable material choices.
  • Craft compelling mood boards and 3D renderings to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Space Optimization:
  • Design efficient space plans that optimize workflow, ergonomics, and align with client culture.
  • Leverage space utilization strategies to enhance productivity and foster a cohesive work culture.
  • Material Selection and Specification:
  • Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the envisioned aesthetic while meeting functional criteria.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and sustainability standards, integrating eco-conscious choices that resonate with contemporary environmental imperatives and client values.
  • Project Delivery:
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver cost-effective design solutions.
  • Source and procure materials and furnishings within established parameters.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Build and nurture a high-performing team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • Quality Control:
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential information about existing spaces and conditions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the design is being implemented as planned and meets quality standards.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7-12 years of experience in Workplace design projects and team management, is required. Proficiency in design software like Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop is also necessary. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
