Job Title: Interior Designer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, with experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects. They will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing interior design concepts, preparing mood boards, material palettes, space plans, presentations, and design narratives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative interior design concepts for upscale residential, hospitality, or commercial projects
  • Create detailed working drawings, layouts, technical documentation, and GFC sets
  • Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for on-site execution
  • Work closely with senior designers and project managers throughout the design and execution process
  • Conduct site visits, supervise design implementation, and ensure design quality and intent are maintained
  • Present design solutions to clients with a professional, solution-oriented approach
  • Stay up-to-date with materials, finishes, and global design trends relevant to the project

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Software Proficiency:
  • AutoCAD – Mandatory
  • SketchUp / Rhino – for 3D modeling
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) – for presentations and visuals
  • Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape – Preferred for renders
  • Revit – Added advantage

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architecture / Architecture from a reputable institution
  • Postgraduate studies or certifications in interior design are a plus

Work Experience:

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in an interior design firm or architectural practice
  • Experience in handling at least 2–3 complete interior design projects independently or in a key supporting role
