Chief Campus Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of campus infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, libraries, auditoriums, and other university facilities.

• Campus Planning & Design
  • Develop comprehensive master plans that incorporate modern educational infrastructure concepts, smart classrooms, and collaborative spaces.
  • Ensure optimal space utilization with scalability for future growth, incorporating flexibility and adaptability into the design.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with institutional goals and objectives.
• Regulatory Compliance & Approvals
  • Ensure compliance with AICTE, UGC, NAAC, NBA norms, and state/local building codes, working closely with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals.
  • Implement universal accessibility features, including ramps, lifts, and signage, to create an inclusive environment.
• Sustainability & Green Initiatives
  • Design eco-friendly and energy-efficient infrastructure, incorporating solar power, rainwater harvesting, and natural ventilation systems.
  • Promote green campus practices aligned with NAAC/AICTE recommendations, reducing the institution's carbon footprint.
  • Integrate smart building technologies for energy and resource conservation, ensuring a sustainable future for the campus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution; Master's in Architecture is preferred.
• Registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA), India, demonstrating commitment to professional standards.
• Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience, preferably in educational/large-scale institutional projects, showcasing expertise in campus planning and project execution.
• Proven experience in sustainable design, project management, and team leadership, driving successful outcomes.
