Job Title: Space Planner and Interior Design Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Space Planner and Interior Design Professional to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing design concepts, interacting with clients to understand their needs, space planning, preparing construction drawings, and coordinating with vendors for Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). This role involves working closely with architects, managing project timelines, and ensuring high standards of design quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design concepts that meet client needs and expectations
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client requirements
  • Create detailed space plans and layouts
  • Prepare construction drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment
  • Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget
  • Ensure high standards of design quality and client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Strong skills in space planning and interior design
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
  • Experience with FF&E coordination and vendor management
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the interior design or architecture industry is a plus
