Senior Architectural Designer Position

Seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Designer to create comprehensive architectural designs, develop construction drawings, and lead projects from concept to completion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality architectural designs and construction drawings that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure compliance with design standards and regulations.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design.
  • Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings using industry-standard software.
  • Knowledge and experience in Workplace Design, including space planning and interior design.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in using design software and tools, including Autodesk Revit and SketchUp.
