About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to on-site execution, ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

  • Construct detailed diagrams using AutoCAD for effective project communication.
  • Lead project execution with a keen eye for detail and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to guarantee adherence to building codes and standards.
  • Liaise with government departments and utilize strong professional networks to facilitate project progression.
  • Prepare technical drawings and presentations for client interactions and negotiations.
  • Implement design concepts aligned with client requirements, showcasing expertise in 3D software and design aptitude.
  • Collaborate with construction professionals and project teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • B. Arch/M. Arch degree with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven liaising experience with strong professional networks in government departments.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, and other industry-standard software.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards, as well as a creative mindset with strong visualization skills.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering projects independently, with a track record of success.
