Our role involves delivering high-quality design and drawing portfolios in a timely and efficient manner. This includes taking ownership of statutory drawings for projects in Mumbai and the region, ensuring adherence to project requirements and timelines.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in interior design, with 5-10 years of experience in architectural projects. Proficiency in Revit is also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating best-in-class design responses to project demands, resulting in award-winning creative designs
  • Developing comprehensive design portfolios at every stage of the design process, backed up by accurate documentation
  • Making internal presentations of final signed-off concept designs to stakeholders
  • Coordinating with sub-consultants and design support services to deliver fully coordinated designs
  • Taking responsibility for Edifice's scope related to preparation of statutory submission drawings

As a professional in this field, you'll have the opportunity to grow professionally and facilitate the growth of your team members. You'll also need to ensure efficient project delivery, manage client escalations, and forewarn the project head about any potential design issues.

Qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree in interior design, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating your skills and expertise.
