Job Title: Performance Marketer - Google Ads

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer with expertise in Google Ads to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) in North America. Your primary focus will be on driving performance — real leads, revenue, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

  • Create comprehensive Google Performance Max campaign strategies that drive business growth
  • Target local SMBs in the USA using data-driven insights
  • Develop and implement test-and-scale approaches to maximize campaign performance
  • Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies for optimal results
  • Provide weekly reports and actionable insights (CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, etc.) to stakeholders

You must have:

  • Google Ads Certification
  • Proven experience running Performance Max campaigns for SMBs
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for max performance
