
Tableware and Home Décor Sales Representative

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also play a key role in converting customer queries into sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
- Convert customer queries into orders
- Coordinate with marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa to promote sales of products
- Partner with new restaurants, event management companies, retailers, and corporate gifting clients
- Manage customer queries in preferred language (English or Hindi)
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with premium customer base in an efficient manner
- Understand tableware and home décor category quickly
- Help customers with technical and billing-related queries
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve customer queries
- Regular follow-up and updates to customers
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English and Hindi)
- Good work ethics and a calm attitude
- Able to manage escalations and queries efficiently
