Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients at their homes. Day-to-day tasks include administering medications, monitoring patient health, updating patient records, assisting with daily activities, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

  • Nursing skills for administering medications, monitoring patient health, and providing basic patient care
  • Experience in patient record-keeping and assisting with daily living activities
  • Emotional support skills to provide compassionate care to patients and their families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid nursing license and certification
  • Experience in home healthcare is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
