As a pivotal leader in shaping product direction, the Buying and Merchandising Manager plays a key role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop seasonal and category-wise buying plans for furniture, lighting, planters, tableware, and other Home Décor products to meet sales trends and forecast demand efficiently
  • Analyze inventory movement and maintain trackers for vendor management, payments, logistics, returns, and damages to ensure seamless operations
  • Conduct market research to curate relevant product assortments that cater to customer needs and preferences
  • Manage vendor development, negotiations, sampling, POs, and timely deliveries to maintain strong relationships and achieve business objectives
  • Coordinate with stores and warehouses for stock audits, replenishment, and inventory flow to ensure accurate data and efficient logistics
  • Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams on launches, campaigns, and product uploads to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Support design and content teams with updated catalogues and visual assets to enhance brand visibility and engagement
