Job Title: Business Manager - Design

You will be responsible for managing designing projects and ensuring the productivity and work output of a team of designers. Your primary objective will be to manage design projects from start to finish while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing Designing Projects
  • Ensuring Productivity and Work Output of a Team of Designers
  • Customer Experience & Relationship Management
  • Ensuring Output on Design Net Promoter Survey
  • Training Designers on Technical Details

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Qualification (preferably B.Arch or B.Interior Design)
  • Masters/ Specialization (Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management)
  • 3+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager
  • Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management)
