Job Role:

As a key player in the interior design field, you will be responsible for creating exceptional spaces that exceed clients' expectations. Your expertise in understanding client preferences and providing personalized design recommendations will be invaluable in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome customers, offering a premium shopping experience.
  • Understand client requirements, home aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest suitable furniture, upholstery fabric, rugs, lights, and accessories.
  • Guide customers through the showroom, explaining material choices, design philosophies, and craftsmanship behind each piece.
  • Provide professional design inputs based on clients' space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs.
  • Curate personalized product selections and suggest suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and décor.
  • Assist clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards, sketches, or digital tools.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and pricing estimates based on client selections.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and proactively reach out to schedule showroom visits.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail.
  • Strong understanding of furniture, home décor, lighting, and space planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Basic proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3D visualization tools (preferred but not mandatory).
